New Publication: Si Nanowire All-Solid-State Battery

In a recently published paper in Batteries & Supercaps, the CompreFrame was used to monitor pressure changes during the cycling of Si nanowire/InLi all-solid-state battery cells.

Exhibiting at the 5th International Sodium Battery Symposium in Berlin (23rd – 25th September 2024)

Meet our colleagues and products at the 5th International Sodium Battery Symposium (SBS-5) from 23rd – 25th September 2024 in Berlin, Germany. See you there!

Distinguishing Bulk and Grain Boundary Conductivity in Solid Electrolytes

An elastic model was used to assign the measured ionic conductivity to either the bulk or grain boundaries of some solid electrolytes, using the dependence of the pelletization pressure on the porosity and conductivity..

Mapping Pouch Cell Pressure Distribution in Operando: CompreCell Pouch × TekScan sensor

The pressure distribution on a pouch cell in the CompreCell Pouch was monitored online using a TekScan pressure mapping sensor. The pouch cell was cycled under constant volume and constant pressure conditions.

Exhibiting at the Solid State Ionics 2024 in London (15th – 19th July 2024)

We are exhibiting at the 24th International conference on solid state ionics in London (15th – 19th July 2024). Do not hesitate to visit us at our booth.

Optical Monitoring of the Lithiation of Graphite in situ

Graphite changes color from blue to red to gold when lithium is inserted, such as when a lithium-ion battery anode is charged. This can be used to monitor its state-of-charge optically.
